I witnessed this scene outside my bedroom window yesterday evening. In a heartbeat all those safety briefings about being aware of what is going on around you came flooding back. “Look up! Look down! Look around!” I think poor Fivel here wasn’t paying attention during the last rodent safety meeting……
For what it’s worth. The dog came running over about two minutes later and scared the mouse back into the retaining wall….Fivel lived to see another day.
