Nothing like a good minor holiday to give you an excuse to make yummy food. Today is Pi Day, the day we celebrate that most revered of mathematical constants (Pi is 3.14 and today is March 14th or 3-14 for those not in the know) In honor of the auspicious we got our ‘Pi’ on today and….well, we baked a Peach pie. We also made a pizza pie with pi-neapple, and to top it off I did a 3.14 mile run. Hoping you all had just as much fun.
Author’s Note: Mark your calendar for next year which will be an ‘epic’ Pi day. March 14, 2014, 3-14-14, or 3.1415!!!!
