Turned on the sprinklers for the first hurrah of the season today. Seems I overlooked that little issue with one of the heads near the patio and the way in which the dogs have dug out along the foundation.
*insert heavy dose of sarcasm here*
Good thing the kids remembered though. 
There is no use in filling in the hole since between kids and dogs it will just get dug out again. I need to change the angle on the sprinkler head and dig drainage at the corner of the house so the water doesn’t sit along the foundation.
For now the kids can have their fun. They are 100% washable and mud stains are one of my specialties. Better go put some towels by the back door though ‘cause their gonna need stripped and dried when they come in.
