Currently, "How Many Kisses Do You Want Tonight?" is Jack's favorite bedtime book. It is his favorite anytime book really. He never tires of reading it with mom or dad...sometimes both. He has been known to grab the book and run off mid-story so the opposite parent can finish it.
In the story there are different parent and baby animals. Each parent asks the baby "How many Kisses do you want tonight?" and the baby responds with the number. Its a counting book in that each baby wants one more kiss than the one before. I like to give Jack the number kisses that the baby asked for on each page. He thinks it's hysterical, especially if you kiss him where the baby animal asked (ex. the little duck wants "one on his beak and one on his back").
If he is in just the right mood he will even give kisses back. Though his technique leaves something to be desired. He either has picked up a French persuasion somewhere or he learned how to kiss from the dog. Needless to say he comes at you mouth open and tongue out!
As sloppy as it is to be on the receiving end of a Jack Kiss it is very sweet and pretty darn cute to watch. I still haven't been able to catch it on film, but I'm trying.

Ruston must have learned how to kiss from the same place Jack did. Ruston is VERY slobbery when kissing, but it's SO cute because he pulls your head around to make sure he kisses you on the lips! CUTE!
