Birthday Trifecta

Before heading home to Idaho we decided to have one last hurrah! Carrie's 28th birthday is today, Jack's 1st is on Monday, and Clayton's 2nd is December 30th. Plus my parent's 30th wedding anniversary is also today. So we decided to have one big party and celebrate.


We went to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner, where Jack discovered a new passion...cracking peanut shells. After dinner it was back to the Butcher House for Bailey's Irish Cheesecake and some Funfetti cupcakes (for the little boys) along with presents and a glass of Merlot.

Jack didn't care one way or the other about present opening but he LOVED his cake. Clayton actually enjoyed ripping wrapping paper, but favored his singing birthday card more. It was a long but good day all around. Definitly better than the long flight home tomorrow.
